      I loved Star Trek when I was a teenager (and still do!). I was a fan of The Next Generation — the one with Capt Jean-Luc Picard. My favourite character was Data the android, maybe because he was such a good scientist, he always came up with great answers. And I liked his quest to become human, and overcome his limitations. This is very similar to what drives us as scientists, the search to always improve our knowledge.
