Dwarf planets like pluto have much weaker gravitational pulls than jupiter or saturn.
The force of gravity depends on the distance between things and the masses. Jupiter is massive (1.8986×10^27 kg which is 318 earths!) so it has quite strong gravity. Pluto is not very massive at all (only 1.305 x 10^22 kg this is only 0.002 earths) so it doesn’t have as strong a gravity.

Brown dwarfs – what I study are more massive than jupiter, so they have quite a strong gravitational pull.
