I am 27 and the youngest person in my department but none of us act our age, it is great!

36, and I agree with Natasha, no one ever acts their age in science. We’re all just big kids pretending to be adults, learning about the Universe around us. How old (on average) are the students in your class?

At 37 I guess I’m the dinosaur in the room here! (Yes, I actually was your age at a time when there were no mobile phones, no YouTube and no FB! Sounds forever ago, I know)

I’m 24, so apparently the youngest! I’m only half way through my PhD and only finished university two years ago. I love doing research so far though and intend to carry on!
