  My most fun experiment at work is probably any time I get to use telescopes! I don’t work in a lab, but I do travel to Hawaii and Chile to use 8m telescopes to observe brown and white dwarfs.
  I’m going to Chile in August for 2 weeks to observe one of my favourite objects to see how its atmosphere alters as it orbits its companion star. This happens once every 2 hours!
